About the Art “N” The Schools Show
The Art “N” The Schools Show gives student artists the chance to be showcased at major national art shows — including the LA Art Show and Art Palm Beach Show. It’s designed to bridge classroom learning with real-world creative experience.
Students don’t just submit artwork. They get exposure to the full creative industry — curators, lighting designers, exhibition planners, photographers, and the teams that bring large-scale art events to life. It’s built to show them that creativity isn’t just a talent — it’s a career path.
The program focuses on expanding access for students in underrepresented communities, strengthening arts education, and giving youth a platform where their work is seen, celebrated, and taken seriously.
Each year, schools participate in a simple submission process. Selected students may receive guided tours, workshops, meet-and-greets with professional artists, and have their work publicly exhibited.
This initiative exists for one purpose:
to give young artists real opportunities, real exposure, and real confidence in their creative future.

Please review the following information about the Art "n" the Schools Art Contest, hosted by Athletes for Life Foundation (AFL) in collaboration with the LA Art Show and Art Palm Beach.
About the Contest
AFL is a nonprofit dedicated to mentoring and providing educational opportunities for middle and high school students. This application is required to participate in the contest.
Data Collection
AFL raises funds from businesses, agencies, and donors to keep programs free for youth and families. Information collected helps us secure funding and ensure program goals are met. Personal data will not be shared.
Deadline
Artwork must be uploaded by December 15, 2025, for the 2025–2026 contest cycle.
Show Selection
Students will select which contest they are entering based on their location:
Southern California: LA Art Show – Booth #701
South Florida: Art Palm Beach – Booth #303
Each submission will be reviewed by a curating panel from the respective show.

Electronic Signatures
Electronic signatures are legally binding and treated the same as handwritten signatures.
Awards
Three contestants from each region will be selected to exhibit their artwork at the 2026 LA Art Show and Art Palm Beach within the AFL Art "n" the Schools Lounge.
